45 students coming from more than 12 countries and from 14 different European universities (8 of them Spanish) attended the course, where they had the opportunity to meet 20 high level European experts and professors within this field.

This intensive course has been held from 4th to 29th September 2017 at the facilities of the Servei de Formació Permanent in the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Center of the Universitat de València.

The course comes at the beginning of the academic year as part of the program of studies of the European Master in Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modelling (TCCM). It takes place every year in a different university of the consortium Erasmus Mundus TCCM: UAM (coordinators), UV, U. de Perugia (Italy), U. de Gröningen (Netherlands), KU Leuven (Belgium), Université Paul Sabatier-Toulouse III (France) and U. Porto (Portugal).

The course has been funded by the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency under the ERASMUS+ program (Erasmus Mundus) and the Universitat de València through the Vice-Rectorate of Postgraduate Studies and the SFP of the CFQ Manuel Sanchis Guarner
