The Academia Europaea has invited Eugenio Coronado to join this institution in the Chemistry area. It is an academy on Humanities and Sciences founded in Cambridge in 1988, which integrates 16 different fields of knowledge and more than 2.000 members including 40 Nobel Prizes.
Thanks to the appointment of the Director of the Institute of Molecular Science, Eugenio Coronado, the Universitat de València will be able for the first time to include its name in this prestigious institution. Up to now only four other Spanish chemists were members of the Academia Europaea.
