Quantum information is seen as the 21^st century technological revolution, with broad implications in areas such as safe data communication, optimized search in big data bases, simulation of novel chemicals drugs and materials, the internet of things, etc. In order to coordinate and foster efforts by European research centers and industries, the European Union announced the launch of a 1 b€ Flagship Initiative in Quantum Technologies (QTECH_FLagship)

The "Molecular Quantum Manifesto" is a short document that summarizes some of the quantum features of molecular systems, which in our opinion deserve to gain a higher visibility among the promoters of the Flagship that might help to develop concrete initiatives funded within this programme.

This document is free to download for your consideration and endorsement, and open to your comments suggestions as how to exploit the potential of molecular systems in the emerging field of quantum technologies.
